Bad news. Miley Cyrus has a license. Apparently, she needs to go back to drivers school. IS SHE DRUNK??? She did an illegal u-turn over a double yellow line in West Hollywood on August 9, 2011 whilst NOT wearing her seatbelt. WTF!!! If you look real close in these linked pictures, her eyes are glassy. Hhhhhhmmmm. Salvia again? Really?
