Kelly Osbourne served as the party planner for her costar of So Undercover, Miley Cyrus, for her 19th birthday party. The bash was held at the Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles. “Her mom Tish went, and so did her boyfriend [Liam Hemsworth],” one party-goer told Us. “The group was up until 3 a.m. just dancing up a storm and having fun.”
