Looks like Madonna’s daughter, Lourdes Leon has found love after all. Despite a representative for the family saying the rumors aren’t true, reports continue to claim that 16-year old Lourdes is in fact dating Homeland actor Timothee Chalamet. The two just happen to be attending High School of Music & Art together in New York, and they instantly had a connection for each other, sources say.
Leon and her beau are both set to graduate from the school next year, and plans to head on over to college have already been made — Madonna definitely wants her daughter to attend some kind of top college in the US before she does anything else, while Timothee will most likely head on back as a full-time actor in another show, though nothing has been revealed yet.
Page Six reports that everyone at the school knows that they are dating, yet neither of the two feel like letting everybody know. They are keeping it quiet for the time being to see if their relationship is actually a serious one. Makes sense since sixteen is not exactly the age where you make decisions on who you think could potentially be the love of your life.
“It’s common knowledge at the school that the pair are dating,” one source revealed. Lourdes works closely with her mother on the Material Girl clothing line they started two years ago, so now that she has a boyfriend in her life… we’re hoping it’s not going to shift plans from her giving Madonna a helping hand with work that needs to be taken care of from time to time. You know how distracting boys can be at that age, right? Haha!
Her father, Carlos Leon, isn’t too fond on the idea of his daughter dating. Two years ago, he explained to the press that when the time does come, he’ll make sure he has a chat with the guy, whomever he may be, to set him straight that Lourdes is the best thing that ever happened to him, so if anything happened to her… he’ll have to pay. “I’m dreading it . . . because she’s my little girl. I want her to stay young forever. I’m already overprotective, so when the time comes, I will be ready to have a talk with the guy she brings through the door. He better be ready, because I’ll give him the rundown!”
