Bongo announced today that AnnaSophia Robb, best known for her role as the young Carrie Bradshaw in The CW Network hit show “The Carrie Diaries” will be featured in their Fall 2013 Marketing campaign.
Previous Bongo spokespeople included: Kim Kardashian, Nicole Richie, Rachel Bilson, Ashley Benson and Lucy Hale. AnnaSophia had this to say about her Bongo Campaign:
“I am thrilled to be the new face of Bongo. “I had such a great time on set and I am excited for my fans to see the campaign.”
“I feel really lucky to be the new Bongo girl, I feel like The Carrie Diaries fans and the Bongo fans are one and the same so it’s cool to be able to reach out to both.”
“What I like about this Bongo collection is that feels very relatable and it feels trendy and tougher but also kind of flirty, the ripped up jeans and the lace top, it’s really cute.”
The campaign creative features Robb playfully posing in the latest fall styles from the Bongo collection including colored denim and fun prints such as camouflage and plaid. Robb also models in bomber jackets and flirty dresses.
I have loved Bongo since I was in school. These looks are wearable, and cute!
She looks cute here. Didn’t know Bongo was still around, maybe because I rarely shop at department stores, which is where I remember that line mostly being sold. Nonetheless- her looks are really stylish and am sure she’ll inspire a bunch of girls in her following.
She is so cute, a perfect choice for Bongo. Who knew they were still around!
