Do you ever feel like you just always have boring nail polishes?! You can’t ever find a color that is completely original and something you LOVE! Well, here are the answers to your problems! Create your own! Sometimes you buy eyeshadow palettes or compacts that you love every color but one, or maybe every color except a few!
Have you ever thought, instead of just not using that eyeshadow color, think about what it would look like on your nails! Maybe it will look good! So I know you’re probably thinking, “How do you make nail polish out of eyeshadow?” Well, that’s why I’m here! To tell you how to do that!
Supplies:
- Eyeshadow
- Clear Nail Polish (Such as a top coat or just clear in general)
Procedure:
- Take your eyeshadow color out of the palette or whatever you’re taking it out of
- Use something like a mallet or something to crush up the shadow into powder if it is a pressed eyeshadow. Or if you’d rather, you can use a loose eyeshadow.
- Mix together your shadow and clear polish
- Apply to your nails
- Allow to dry properly
Just a note: This will make a matte finish polish, if you aren’t a huge fan of the matte finish, you can just simply go over it with a shiny top coat and it will look like a normal polish!
See! You can make nail polish out of eyeshadow! Now go and explore, experiment, and have fun! Enjoy all your fun and amazing colors that you have just created!
