Stop Biting: Biting your nails is a nervous habit but it is also a nasty habit. It can cause bacterial skin on your hands to enter your mouth. By not doing this your nails will grow and you can do anything with them.
Nail Gel: Do not wear nail gels anymore. It will leave your nails dry, brittle, and unlikely to grow. It can damage your nails badly and you will have a harder time making them the way you like.
No Picking: Don’t you hate the chipped nail polish on your nails? Well do not pick it off. While picking off the nail polish you also pick off the top layer of your nail bed. It forms a weak base to your nails.
Nails: As Tools: Stop using nails for everything you do. Like peeling labels or unfastening a key ring because these can easily damage or break your nails. Have other tools around to make sure your nails grow strong and healthy.
Vitamins: Make sure to get plenty of vitamin H (biotin). This will promote growth and strength in your nails. Eat whole grains, mushrooms, bananas, salmon, and avocado because they all have a great source of biotin. Consume 30 to 40 micrograms per day.
Manicuring: To help grow your nails long you should shape and care for your base. File them and make sure to trim your cuticles. Also start with a clean and healthy nail so you have no problems.
