Making a Scrapbook for Mom
Are you struggling with a gift idea for mom on Mother’s Day? Why not make her a scrapbook, a gift from the heart. You may think that you need lots of money and lots of time to make a scrapbook, right? Nope. Making a scrapbook for your mom isn’t that hard and is rather inexpensive. Here is how to make a scrapbook for mom for Mother’s Day.
Involve the whole family– Gather pictures from everyone in the family to include in the scrapbook, including dad, siblings and grandparents. You don’t have to just stick with pictures either. You can include the concert ticket stub when you and your mom went to see Joan Jett or the picture of your sister’s footprints at her birth.
Choose the right pictures– You want to include in the scrapbook, pictures from the important events in life, including your birth, your brother’s graduation, dad’s work promotion or your grandparents 50th wedding anniversary. Also, include holiday pictures like Thanksgiving, Easter, Christmas and Halloween.
Choose the ideal theme– You should have sort of theme for your scrapbook for mom. Once you have a theme, you can easily showcase all of your favorite photos and memories. Personalize the pictures– You can personalize the pictures with notes, poems and/or quotes.
