Fifth Harmony Launches National #CandiesBOSS Day – Empowering Young Girls

Fifth Harmony Launches National #CandiesBOSS Day – Empowering Young GirlsFifth Harmony is already our all-time favorite girl group – but now we have one more reason to love them even more (if that’s even possible).  The ladies of Fifth Harmony, Ally Brooke, Camila Cabello, Dinah Hansen, Lauren Jauregui, and Normani Kordei are busy promoting their new album 7/27.  When they aren’t working on their music, they are working on being positive role models for today’s young girls.

Our all time favorite Fifth Harmony song is “Bo$$,” so you can imagine our excitement when the girls announced that Friday, June 10 was National #CandiesBOSS Day.  Fifth Harmony teamed up with Candies to help spread awareness about empowering young women, and living their lives to their full potential.

The girls shared an awesome video, which they used to discuss what they thought being a lady boss was all about.  Fifth Harmony brought up important points like, “treating others the way that you would love to be treated” and “being unafraid to share your story and who you are.”  The band also encouraged young girls to use their voices to help others, just like that are doing!

You can be a part of the #CandiesBOSS movement by logging on to Twitter and sharing a photo of yourself, and telling Fifth Harmony what you think being a lady boss is all about, and how you live your life brave and fearless.  Fifth Harmony is actually picking some of their favorite #CandiesBOSS selfies and retweeting them to their millions of followers!

We love it when young celebs use their influence for good and encourage their fans to be the best that they can be.  Fifth Harmony and the #CandiesBOSS movement is a perfect example, we need more young celebs like them to take charge and help make the world a better place!

Post your best bossy selfie and tell us how you’re brave, confident and fearless with #CandiesBOSS for the chance to be retweeted by Fifth Harmony.
