Ray Donovan Debuts New Teaser Trailer: Susan Sarandon Joins Dramatic Season 5
Ray Donovan is back and it looks like he’s got more drama on his hands than ever before. That’s because he’s got someone new in his life: a client named Samantha Winslow, played by Hollywood actress Susan Sarandon. Liev Schreiber stars in the series as a professional fixer who helps celebrities and star athletes by making their biggest problems and situations go away.
Susan’s character Samantha Winslow is a tough-as-nails business moguls who uses Ray’s services to keep an eye on her own fixers. She thinks that they might know too much about her own operations. Unfortunately, the teaser trailer doesn’t reveal too many details about Samantha Winslow’s character other than she’s an accomplished businesswoman. Yet, she does reveal that her mantra is “find the thing you love the most and let it kill you.” Clearly, Winslow is not the kind of woman that anyone would want to mess with.
Some spoilers indicate that Samantha Winslow might eventually be a problem for Ray much later in the season. That’s because the longer he works for her, the more he’ll know about her past and her secrets. And if there’s one thing that fans know already, it’s that Samantha is very protective of both her family and her dealings.
So far Susan Sarandon has not made any comments about her new role on the show although her fans can’t wait to see her on the small screen again. Susan is one of many Hollywood actresses making their way from the big screen to the small one. Time will only tell if Susan Sarandon’s character will become a permanent fixture on the show. At least, that’s what fans are hoping for.
