Dancing With The Stars Spoilers: What We Know So Far About DWTS Season 29!

Dancing With the Stars spoilers reveal that while we do not yet know the show’s premiere date there is plenty of juicy info out there to whet fans’ appetites while we await the announcement.

Here is what we do know and can share with you about what there is to look forward to when the show premieres.

Dancing With the Stars spoilers – This is some of what we know about Season 29 of DWTS so far

First off, DWTS has a new host. Out are Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews and in their place is America’s Next Top Model diva Tyra Banks. Banks will be the host and the executive producer!

Why the sudden change in hosts? We can’t say for sure but Bergeron said this in response to a comment on his Insta which suggested that Banks’ debut was influenced by the Black Lives Matter movement: “Hadn’t planned to say any more about my departure yet but, as a supporter of the @Blklivesmatter movement, I can assure you that wasn’t the reason.”

Dancing With the Stars spoilers – The show has a brand new and exciting vision

Secondly, DWTS will have a new vision. One of the show’s general managers, Valerie Bruce, said in a statement that the network is looking to move, “this iconic show in a new creative direction.” Whatever that means! I’m sure we will find out as soon as the show debuts.

Fans are speculating that it could be anything from a change in location to various coronavirus precautionary measures.

Then again, it will be tricky to produce the show in the format that fans have become accustomed to. How will dancers keep a six foot distance? How will we see the emotional expressions on their faces with masks on? Will there be a studio audience?

Dancing With the Stars spoilers – It is a given that the new season will come with plenty of changes

In regard to these unanswered questions, a virtual season could be a reality. Cheryl Burke told Entertainment Tonight, “I think there is a creative way of doing things. Everyone is really into taking 15-minute classes. I think we have to go with the flow when it comes to changing. This is our world evolving and we must evolve. I know change is hard and I know for me, too, you have to just surrender.”

We also know that the same judges, Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, and Len Goodman will stay on even though there is a hosting change. And, last but not least, we think that the show will be back for fall. ABC released its fall lineup in June with DWTS in the Mondays 8 p.m. slot.
