Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Sue Photographer – Outraged Over Intrusive Paparazzi Photos Of Son Archie
British royals news reveals that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are upset over some photos that were taken of their one-year-old son, Archie Harrison. Harry and Meghan are claiming that the photos were taken in the backyard of the multi-million-dollar Beverly Hills mansion where they are living with Archie, and they’re absolutely furious about the whole thing.
As royal watchers know, Harry and Meghan have been living in the mansion, which is owned by Tyler Perry and is part of a gated community, since they moved to Los Angeles earlier this year. The move came right after Harry and Meghan stepped down as senior royals and embarked on an independent life in North America.
As TMZ has reported, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle claim that even after they took some serious steps to ensure their privacy at the mansion, a photographer apparently made it inside and snapped some pictures of Archie, which the photographer has since been shopping around. It seems that even the large mesh fence that Harry and Meghan had placed around the property couldn’t ward off the as-yet-unnamed photographer from taking his or her photos.
The outlet is reporting that Harry and Meghan are saying that the photos “are being shopped as if they were shot during a public outing in Malibu,” yet the couple say that Archie hasn’t been out anywhere in public since they moved to Los Angeles. Harry and Meghan claim that the photographer is being untruthful about exactly where the photos were taken because he or she “knows unsolicited photographs of a young child in the privacy of his own home are very much unlawful.”
All of this comes just weeks after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle initially reported having difficulty with drones buzzing on and around their property, ostensibly to try to take photos of the couple and/or Archie. In Harry and Meghan’s suit, they note that they do get drone flyovers, as well as helicopter flyovers, and that some paparazzi have cut holes in the security fence they constructed around the property.

In their legal documents, Harry and Meghan are insistent that it’s their decision whether or not to share photographs of their son, and they believe the photographer has invaded their privacy. Harry and Meghan are asking the Court to make the photographer to hand over the photos, and they want the media to know that any photos that surface of Archie were taken outside of the law.
