CBS The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will find every reason to want to be with his on-again, off-again love Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). But if there’s anything that we’ve learned about this tumultuous relationship from the past, it’s that Steffy will end up getting more frustrated, more upset, and worse of all, more hurt than she was feeling before.
That’s why we’ve got three reasons why Liam needs to stay away from Steffy, once and for all.
#1 We’ve Been Down This Road Before
Let’s face it: they’ve been down this road too many times in the past, and too many times for anyone to keep count anymore. While Liam does seem like a nice guy on the surface, deep down he’s still very much selfish and immature, especially when it comes to prioritizing his needs over the ones he supposedly loves. Steffy needs a man that can give rather than just take all the time.
#2 There’s No ‘Hope’
There’s also the fact that there has always been another woman in the picture: Hope Logan (Annika Noelle). Liam ‘waffles’ so much between Hope and Steffy that you’d think they would all just settle down and be the threesome they are destined to be, but that hasn’t happened yet. That’s because Liam keeps playing with everyone’s lives and emotions. For Steffy, there’s just really no hope in this scenario whatsoever.
#3 Steffy Deserves So Much Better
With all of the above said, Steffy certainly deserves much better in her life. After all, she is a beautiful, successful, fun-loving, caring, and wonderful woman who needs to find her equal. Liam doesn’t fit the bill. While he might look like he cares for her right now and wants to help her beat her pill addiction, the moment that Steffy gets back on her feet, Liam will waffle back over to Hope. While it might look like he lusts over Steffy, it’s Hope that he loves more. It’s time for everyone to move on and close this chapter in their love lives once and for all.
