‘Alaskan Bush People’ News: Gabe Brown’s Rep Explains Why You Missed Sophie’s Birth Announcement
Alaskan Bush People fans recently met Sophie Brown, the baby girl of Gabe Brown, and his wife, Raquell Rose. Some viewers never heard about the child being born and there is a reason for that. As we reported back in the first week of October, a rep for the couple explained the reality star’s decision to keep the birth quiet.
Raquell Rose’s Pregnancy
Gabe Brown and Raquell were due to deliver their child in November 2019. However, that month came and went and there was no news. There is a reason that they kept Sophie’s birth so quiet. Not everyone likes the attention that the media circus brings when one appears on a reality show. It’s one thing for consenting adults to sign the legal documents, film episodes and their private lives invaded. However, it is very different for kids and can prevent them from having a normal childhood.
Rep Confirmed Birth In October
After fans kept asking whatever happened to Gabe and Raquell’s baby, a rep for the couple spoke out in October. Last month, the spokesperson told The Sun that the couple had a healthy baby and wanted privacy.
“The baby is healthy and fine. They just want privacy at this time.”
Alaskan Bush People: Meeting Sophie Brown
When Gabe and Raquell appeared on Alaskan Bush People, they had a baby. For many viewers, this was a surprise because they never heard about the little girl being born. While some want to scream their baby announcements to the world and share all the details, this couple wanted it kept low-key. They might be reality stars, but they still wanted some sense of normalcy.
Baby Is Third Grandchild, But First Girl
Sophie is Billy Brown and Ami Brown’s third grandchild, but the first girl. Noah Brown and his wife, Rhain welcomed a baby boy in February 2019. They named him Elijah Brown and the proud papa told People magazine,
“He’s already working on his howl! Rhain is a wonderful mother already, I am truly in awe of her and we are both very grateful and excited to welcome him to our family.”
The second grandchild was Bear Brown and Raiven Adams’ son, River Brown. Even though the two were separated and had a tense legal battle, they are back together. Bear finally met his son at six months of age.
