The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that in Los Angeles Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) is rushed to the hospital with a life-threatening diagnosis. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) are there. However, so is Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), who stays by Thomas’ hospital bed. What does this mean for Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton)?

Thomas Forrester’s Diagnosis

B&B spoilers reveal that after Liam finds Thomas and Hope in a “compromising position,” Dr. John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) stops by. He starts to put the puzzle pieces together and realizes what is wrong with Thomas. He is alarmed and knows this is a life-threatening condition that needs immediate treatment. Thomas is rushed to the hospital, but what is his diagnosis?

That isn’t revealed yet, but based on his neurological symptoms, we are thinking it’s probably a cranial hemorrhage from hitting his head on the desk. The hallucinations, headaches, dizziness, passing out and blurry vision all started shortly after that.

B&B Spoilers: The Mannequin Debate

It is a life and death situation and it seems that Hope is around when Finn stops by. Even though it looked like Thomas was kissing Hope, it looked like the mannequin to viewers. However, we need to remember that those kinds of scenes either have a spouse stand-in or a mannequin. So, it’s very possible that Liam really did see Hope betraying him.

Hope Logan Stays By His Side

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers from Soap Opera Digest reveal that Ridge and Steffy will be at the hospital while Thomas fights for his life. However, there is one more person there — Hope Logan. That’s right, she fears for Thomas’ life and stands vigil by his side hoping he will wake up. Now, this could just be due to Thomas being Douglas Forrester’s (Henry Joseph Samiri) or it could mean something more.

It is teased that Liam will really struggle with the “sordid truth.” This could mean he’s battling over what he saw in Thomas’ apartment. Or it could be that Hope is by Thomas’ hospital bed instead of with him. Another possibility is that Liam feels guilty that he just assumed Thomas was obsessed and didn’t stop to think there could be a medical reason behind it. What will the future of Thomas, Hope, Liam, Steffy, and Finn be? We will have to keep watching the CBS soap opera to find out.
