This year, Bear has a lot to celebrate. He got back together with Raiven Adams and the two are parenting their baby boy, River Brown. However, 2020 also proved to be quite challenging. His wedding was called off, he went through a nasty legal battle with Raiven, he had to deal with allegations of drug use and domestic violence.
His family also went through a lot. Patriarch Billy Brown was hospitalized for respiratory issues and uses an oxygen tank. North Star Ranch was destroyed from the Palmer Fire. The entire family was evacuated for months and of course, nobody can forget the COVID-19 pandemic left no one unscathed.

On Christmas Eve, Bear posted a message of joy and gratitude on Instagram. He knows that a lot of people have struggled and suffered this year. He also knows just how important family and friends are after a whirlwind 2020. He wrote,
“It’s that time of the year again! Christmas time! A time to be near your family and friends! A time to smile and laugh with the ones you love and even though this year has been a hard one for many people around the world. [It’s] nice to be able to come together and put any differences aside and care about one and all! Christmas is about more than just presents and fancy lights!”
