Here are some of the most embarrassing moments to date on the popular ABC dance competition Dancing with the Stars.
#1 The time Tyra Banks eliminated the wrong stars
Season 29 saw the debut of Tyra Banks as host. She had a big oopsie but was able to laugh it off showing she is a professional at heart. What happened? She looked at the incorrect cue cards to see who was eliminated and announced that Monica Aldama and professional dancer Val Chmerkovskiy were eliminated when they were not. Banks said, “This is live TV, right? This is the craziness of live TV.”
#2 The time Melissa Rycroft had a wardrobe malfunction
Season 8 contestant Melissa Rycroft partnered with pro Tony Dovolani but during a samba she jumped off the judges’ table for a dramatic display of bravado. Oops! Fans wondered why she all of a sudden grabbed her top and turned away from the cameras. “My boob came out!” she exclaimed.
#3 The time judge Carrie Ann Inaba fell out of her chair
Judge Carrie Ann Inaba was so distracted by the heated dancing of Gilles Marini and professional dancer Peta Murgatroyd on Season 15, she literally fell out of her chair.
Like a true professional, she got up, fixed her hair, and said, “I’m okay!”
#4 The time a clown scared guest host Leah Remini
Leah Remini guest hosted an episode in Season 21 right around Halloween. When a clown came up behind her she screamed and fell to the ground, crawling around like a mad woman. Yikes!
“You know what? I’m not good with people scaring me,” Remini said later. “I really am not.”

My in ears messed up and I couldn’t hear the track. The dramas of live TV. [Stuff] happens. Still really enjoyed it.”
