Married At First Sight Spoilers: MAFS Fans Think The Show Is Over Produced

Married At First Sight

Married at First Sight spoilers and updates tease that MAFS was based on a Danish series and so far, there have been twelve seasons on American television. Aside from the main show, there have been eight spinoffs. The present experts are; sociologist Dr. Pepper Schwartz, pastor and marriage counselor Calvin Roberson, and Dr. Viviana Coles.

Married At First Sight Spoilers – Die Hard Fans Want More Therapy

In the early years of MAFS there was more coaching and therapy sessions with the couples by the experts. Those episodes were interesting to watch and fans could relate. In previous seasons they also made a big deal about the weekend after the honeymoon for couples to visit each other’s families and the dynamic was interesting, seeing them interact with their new in-laws. Now we see more of their friends and it ruins it, with the lack of family being involved in the process. But maybe, the families don’t want anything to do with the spectacle that the show has become!

Married At First Sight Updates – Get Rid Of The Cringe Group Dates

We don’t want to see how the couples interact with the other couples, in season 12 we got to see a lot of that and it is useless air time. The show has been overproduced for some time now, they should just show us the couples and how they are doing. The editing was so bad that a few times, the couples had different clothes on, say what!

Fans fell in love with the show because they wanted to watch the couples figure out their issues and loved seeing the experts work alongside them to help them stay married and have that “happily ever after” experience. Lifetime found a way to let us in on intensely private moments in the couples’ lives, they had something that no other reality TV show had, and then for whatever reason, they stopped. MAFS has really turned into a “Jerry Springer” type of show and the producers are underestimating how intelligent their audience is. We want to see real life, not fake, edited, gimmicky TV.

The worst part of season 12 was Chris Williams. The fact that his continued presence on the show was permitted after all the wrong and hurtful things he did to Paige Banks, is disgusting. Obviously the emphasis on drama reigned at the height of importance this season.

What did you think of season 12 MAFS? Will you continue to watch the show?
