The Duggars spoilers reveal that Anna and Josh Duggar were all smiles after they left his first hearing for child pornography charges. The couple walked out of the court with giant smirks on their faces. Anna, who is currently pregnant, held his hand and looked incredibly happy to be next to him.
Josh had an even bigger smile on his face as the two left together. Fans of the Duggars have been cheering him on and feel that he is innocent. There are other fans of the family that think he is guilty and should serve his time in jail.
The Duggar Family Problems
The child pornography case isn’t the only problem that Josh has had. A few years ago, and the cause of the first cancellation of thr Dugagrs, Josh had been thrown under the bus for molesting his sisters as a teenager. Then his profile was found on an affair website and he admitted to cheating on Anna. Of course, because God told her to, she forgave him and they started making more children.
Just when we thought he had changed his ways and gone in the direction God wanted for him, he got busted with child pornography all over his computers and phone. He cannot currently see his young children and this was one of the first times that he has seen Anna since everything happened. Things are looking pretty bleak for Josh, but why was he all smiles?
Getting the Case Dismissed
Josh’s legal team has been trying really hard to get this case thrown out. They think that there is plenty of evidence that should be thrown out because he did not have a lawyer present when it occurred. Josh also has mentioned many times that his former employees all had access to his computers and that they could have been looking at the pornography.
Josh and Anna continue to claim that he is innocent, but we will just have to wait and see what happens at his trial in November.
