The Young and The Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will defend their actions to an angry Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) in an upcoming episode of The Young and The Restless!

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Billy Boy Abbott Did Most Of The Damage On His Own

Viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall that “Billy Boy” did most of the damage on his own, with digging up dirt as well as Jesse Gaines (Jamison Jones) while Lily was helping out her daughter Mattie Ashby (Lexie Stevenson) with some things out of town. However, she had agreed to Billy’s investigation into Ashland Locke’s (Richard Burgi) past before she left.

But it was Billy’s insistence into digging into Locke’s past that really got Victoria’s goat – even though as viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall, Gaines mysteriously disappeared the first day! Billy Boy had brought Gaines along intending to interrupt Victoria’s wedding to Locke, and expose his past publicly in front of all their guests! It’s a good thing that he disappeared, because with Gaines’ disappearance, Billy lost the biggest part of his secret weapon arsenal!

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Lily Winters Apparently Arrives At The Wedding On Her Own

Considering that Lily was out of town when Billy left for Tuscany with Gaines, viewers of The Young and The Restless can assume that she arrives there on her own, and meets up with Billy as his date. Viewers of The Young and The Restless know that Billy and Lily have been involved with one another for quite a while now, having moved in with each other several months ago.

Victoria is still angry at both her brother Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Billy for their digging into her fiancé’s past. Ashland had come completely clean with her and her parents, including about the thing that Gaines had been blackmailing Locke over for all these years – a faked codicil making Ashland an heir to Camilla Rhodes’ (uncast character) money. Viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall that Gaines Jr. had found the note that she had written, specifically leaving her money to “charities” such as a cat sanctuary and Ashland wasn’t supposed to get any of the money.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – ChancComm Publishes The Exposé

It is likely that ChancComm publishes Billy’s exposé on the “Locke Ness Monster” prior to or on the day of Victoria’s wedding to Ashland, since viewers of The Young and The Restless know Victoria shouldn’t be angry at Lily otherwise. Viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall that although Billy and Lily are equals, Lily still has to approve anything that is published before it goes to press. Billy and Lily have had a couple of dust ups in the past over Billy jumping the gun on certain stories and she’s had to override him a couple of times as well.

Nothing goes to press without Lily’s approval and Victoria knows that so only a publication of Billy’s exposé would be a cause for Victoria to jump down both their throats! Billy and Lily will defend their actions to an angry Victoria, telling them that it the exposé is in the public interest, and Billy will probably get his two cents in about it also being for Victoria’s own good! Victoria’s had “her own good” brought up a couple of times concerning her wedding and her relationship, and she’s getting pretty fed up!
