Married at First Sight spoilers and updates tease that season 13 has brought up some pretty wacky couples. Two of the men that were chosen this season should never have been given consideration.
Married At First Sight Spoilers – 100 First Dates
Bao Huong Hoang was matched with Johnny Lam, a “man-child” who admitted to having 100 first dates. And his only interest In Bao is tearing her down. In fact, we have seen him project all of his faults onto Bao. On “Unfiltered” Johnny put Bao down and was so mean. Even Pastor Cal called out Johnny this season for being mean to Bao. We never saw him do anything special for Bao or be kind or thoughtful to her in any way. Johnny needs a reality check. Bao is the best thing he will ever get, he is not a catch and his personality lacks attractiveness.
Married At First Sight Updates – The Serial Dater
Brett was matched with Ryan Ignasiak who admitted that he is a serial dater, not welcome in certain towns! Ryan made absolutely no attempt at getting to know Brett, yet she went out of her comfort zone by going kayaking with the manatees, skeet shooting, and went on an RV trail to go fishing.

She did all this and he did natta what she wanted to do. It was very clear after the honeymoon that he was not inter her and in a recent episode, prior to Decision Day, he already downloaded a dating app on his phone and was matched with none other than one of her friends! When coming out of the gate Ryan said that he wanted a Victoria’s Secret Model, a clear indication that they should have not had him on MAFS.
Both men will be single on Decision Day and continue dating girls with zero personalities. They both don’t realize that relationships require patience and attraction grows. Johnny and Ryan just wasted everyone’s time, primarily Bao and Brett. They wasted two spots that could have been used for “real” men wanting to be Married At First Sight.
It is honestly shocking how much fans are over and disliking Johnny, he might even be surprising Ble$$ed Chris Williams from season 12, at least Chris had some nice things to say about Paige Banks. Johnny hasn’t said one thing nice about Bao this season to save his life.
