From Lisa’s post, it sounded like Lois stood no chance of survival. Now that she passed away, Amelia posted up a touching tribute to her grandma.

Still, for her family, her stroke came as a shock. When she first experienced a stroke, Lisa told her fans that she was with her mom as she “transitioned.” Her daughter Amelia sounded terribly upset and fans reached out to her with love and prayers.
