Welcome To Plathville Season 3 saw fans take opposite sides on the Olivia Plath saga. From being applauded for her courage in Season 1, she went to being hated as a manipulative drama queen. Not every fan thinks she is like that, but a good number of them do. Well, with the end of the season, she seems happy enough and now looks forward to enjoying Tampa for about a year.
Welcome To Plathville Season 3 – Olivia And Ethan Plath Drama
Season 1 presented Olivia as a savior of the younger Path kids who were raised strictly. Without technology and not even allowed to touch a sweet soda, fans felt happy Oliva was there. According to Kim and Barry Plath, she and Ethan apparently led the younger kids astray by encouraging them to expand their horizons. Eventually, that ended up in a massive confrontation with Ethan’s parents.
Welcome To Plathville fans saw in Season 2, that things got worse with Olivia Plath’s in-laws and they couldn’t see the other kids. Ethan said to his mom that if he couldn’t say goodbye to the younger kids, then he guessed he’d catch up with them when they turned 18. Fans started suspecting Olivia was behind it. After all, she talked about getting away from Cairo. Season 3 saw them almost completely estranged from the family.
Welcome To Plathville Confronting Kim And Barry – & Tampa
During Season 3 of the TLC show, fans saw that Olivia was determined to move. Meanwhile, Ethan seemed very reluctant. Fans started slamming Olivia for splitting the family. Actually, she and Ethan separated for a while. Eventually, he put his home on the market and they reconciled. Then in the finale, she said she must meet with Kim and Barry to find closure. By then, she and Ethan seemed to be on the mend. Max and Moriah, Ethan, and Olivia talked about all moving to Tampa together.
At the end of the episode, Welcome To Plathville fan saw that all the kids hugged. In fact, Barry Plath seemed more accepting that the young adults could make their own decisions. So now, that it’s all behind them. Oliva told her Instagram fans, “I’m stoked to explore Tampa for a year with my best friends, and then the rest of the world after that! 💃🏼 This season might be over, but our lives are just beginning 🥂.”
