Y&R Spoilers: Chelsea’s Return Teased – Adam Benefits Or Behind The Eight Ball?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers document that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) has been generally out of sight for several months. But Chloe Mitchell’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) comments to Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) imply that Egan’s character will soon be returning.

Chelsea has been helping her mother, Anita Lawson (Catherine Bach), who was said to have broken her hip and then suffered a follow-up fall. The time away from Genoa City, Wisconsin, has also helped Chelsea to clear her head after Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) mind games damaged her psyche.

The prospect of having Chelsea join Adam, Chloe, and Sally at Newman Media is too tantalizing. Viewers must believe that must mean Chelsea will agree to join the team under Adam. But that has yet to be agreed upon.

Sally has positioned herself well. She quickly rebounded after having sabotaged the Fenmore’s job and, more importantly, her friendship with Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman).

Chloe saw potential in Sally’s artistic talent and dismissed the warnings about the drama she causes. It did not take long for Chloe to realize that Sally is what her detractors claim, trouble.

But Chloe did not see the Sally-Adam connection coming. While Sally has recently cooled her jets, an Ally pairing remains a definite possibility.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Chelsea Lawson Has Moved On?

As viewers recall, Chelsea did not want to end Chadam. That was somewhat surprising because Egan’s character was through with Adam when she left town.

Adam was over Chelsea. He told her they were done and, in so doing, prevented Chelsea from being part of the tell to Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) that their family would be no more.

Chelsea’s mental break was bad. But she has had time to regain her strength. So, the return to GC will be her first major test.

Is Chelsea fully healthy? How will she interact with Adam? And, will Chelsea choose to join Newman Media?

Of course, there is the Sally issue as well.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Adam Newman Wants Love Without Complications

Adam’s number one love is Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case). But she pushed him off and is married to Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso).

Sally is a breath of fresh air. She shares some of Chelsea’s traits, in that she is talented, competitive, and a match for Adam.

Ally projects as the next couple on Y&R. But Chelsea’s return to town will clearly become part of that development or derailment.
