Married At First Sight Spoilers: MAFS Alum Family Stricken With COVID-19

Married At First Sight

Married at First Sight spoilers and updates tease that this is not the first time that COVID-19 has infected the cast of MAFS. In season 13, Zack Freeman was stricken with COVID-19 during his honeymoon after he was matched with Michaela Clark.

Married At First Sight Spoilers – COVID-19 Strikes!

Jamie Otis was matched in the first-ever season of Married At First Sight with Doug Hehner on March 23rd, 2014. In 2016 the couple announced that they were expecting their first child and they presently have two children together, Henley Grace and Hendrix Douglas. The couple has certainly been through a lot in the past year, they have had serious marital problems, sought counseling, and moved out of their home and into an RV. Now, with the family all being cramped into the RV, Hendrix was diagnosed with COVID-19 and there is no way for them to isolate him from the rest of the family. Sadly Jamie’s inlaws were with Hendrix recently and now they have been exposed as well. With Christmas around the corner, the family has to quarantine until the day after. And, Hendrix has been experiencing fevers and seizures, no doubt the family is overwhelmed with being isolated.

Married At First Sight Updates – More Trolling Jamie Otis

Jamie is no stranger to trolling on social media; a lot of people have said they don’t like how she virtually shoots almost everything about her families’ lives and they feel the photos are staged. Even with Hendrix being ill, they don’t hold back, “I just don’t get these fake “candid” shots. Like how do you stage this, “OK kids, everyone pretend you’re watching TV and make a sad face while daddy pretends he’s not taking this photo for the gram!” and “she’s addicted to reality tv and her behavior is so irksome that, with her over-sharing, people have little empathy left in the vault for her. Covid or not.”

Thankfully there are still some people out there who offer their support and care about Jamie and her family, “Oh my god, he’s having seizures? That has to be terrifying. I hope that poor baby is okay,” and “oh my heart hurts reading that, I’m so so sorry you had that experience!,” and “I am glad that they are taking the risk of exposing their extended family to COVID seriously and are not gathering with them for Christmas. Hopefully, they’ll be able to get together soon when everyone is healthy.”

Can’t imagine being stuck in such a small space like an RV and having to isolate ourselves with young children. Hopefully, the family is on the mend soon and Jamie is back to her MAFS duties before we know it.
