My 600-Lb Life spoilers reveal that cast member, Paul MacNeill has suffered a very tragic loss. He just updated his friends on Facebook with a video and he had some very sad news to share. His friends and family showed him a lot of support and it looks like he is dealing with some serious grief right now. He lost his father, Thomas recently and has been very upset about it.

Paul’s Weight Loss Journey On My 600-LB Life

We have just recently met Paul on My 600-Lb Life and he has been on quite the journey to lose weight. We did see his father on the show very quickly and it has not been released yet how he died. He posted a video on his Facebook account and explained to his friends that his dad was 400 pounds. He pointed out that his parents divorced when he was 10 years old and that is when Paul started overeating as well.

Now that Paul MacNeill is on the series, he weighs 512 pounds and he has lost about 245 since first coming onto the show. In the episode where we meet his father, they go grocery shopping after a doctor’s appointment and Paul talks about how there is always a lot of junk food in their house. Paul has tried to start cooking better for himself, but it looks like his mother will help since he likes to add butter to his meals.

Paul has always had issues with going to the store because he eats so much that he has a lot of trouble making his food last a long time. This was seen on the show and it has made a lot of viewers feel bad for him. He can’t walk through the store because of his weight and is often seen on the scooters there.

He wants to lose the weight that he needs to in order to have weight loss surgery, but some viewers think that the death of his father will cause him to start eating too much again.
