My 600-Lb Life Spoilers: Dr. Now Gives Food Advice
My 600-Lb Life spoilers reveal that Dr.Now is ready to give some advice for those who want to order food delivery. He is really good about educating his patients when it comes to dining out, but delivery food can be tough to pick when watching calories.
Dr. Now’s Picks
In the last episode of My 600-Lb Life, we saw Dr. Now meeting a man named James Bedard. James told Dr. Now that he eats out a lot because he is not that great of a cook. He doesn’t leave home very often and generally will get his food delivered to him. He talked about how the first thing he does in the morning is order breakfast delivered to him. He said that he even seeks out delivery before he even goes to the bathroom in the morning.
James talks about how pretty much all he does is think about where he will order food from next. Of course, this could be one of the main reasons that he is so overweight. He uses delivery services two or three times a day! He lives alone and has no one really to cook with him or to show him the right foods to eat.
Eating Healthier
Eating healthier is something that James has been working on, but it hasn’t been easy. Dr. Now asked James if he got any salads from these delivery places. He didn’t seem to mention anything about eating salads and Dr. Now mentioned that these restaurants do have healthier options.
He also mentioned that he could get a high protein meal with low carbs. He mapped out plenty of options for James and many viewers were excited to see his suggestions too.
Dr. Now gave a lot of great suggestions and now that most of us are ordering out, it was great for him to make these suggestions, not only to patients, but to viewers as well.
