Sister Wives Spoilers: Ysabel Brown Is Hurt

Sister Wives spoilers reveal that Ysabel Brown is incredibly hurt by her father, Kody Brown for not being present at her back surgery. We got a chance to see this on the newest episode of the show. Christine Brown took Ysabel to New Jersey to have back surgery and she helped pay for the surgery on her own and took care of her daughter, but where was Kody?

Kody’s Thoughts on Traveling

Of course, the surgery did take place during the pandemic, but it seems that Kody just didn’t seem concerned about his daughter at the time. He told cameras, “I’m not traveling with Christine and Ysabel on the way to surgery, I’m not going to surgery, I think it’s very risky. I also feel like a total hypocrite if I’m not keeping the rules that I’m asing- begging, literally begging- everybody to keep.”

Christine was pretty upset with Kody during this time and told cameras, “I mean, honestly, it’s Ysabel that I care about more. I think Ysabel is realy going to have a hard time being without Kody because she really, really relies on him when she’s in pain.”

Ysabel’s Feelings

During the episode, we got to see more of how Ysabel was feeling and it was tough for her to show cameras, but she did open up quite a bit. She talked about how his priorities were “a little screwed up” and she felt incredibly hurt. Meanwhile, Christine had to deal with taking her daughter into surgery and seeing her afterward. She said it was one of the hardest things that she has ever done as her mother.

Wouldn’t it have been nice if Kody was there for his wife and daughter? No matter what his COVID rules are, there should be exceptions when it comes to your children. Why does he not see this? Even Christine told cameras that Ysabel was very hurt by Kody’s actions and she didn’t know if he could ever make this up to her.
