I think that Amy is looking at her food intake all wrong during pregnancy and after pregnancy there is nothing that says you can eat healthy during pregnancy there is nothing that says your child can’t eat healthy after they’re born there are wonderful selections of food out there to keep them on the right path the whole family I think she just needs more information on the type of food that is out there and she will be all set to go I move forward with a healthier lifestyle for her and her whole family
