Mama June Alana Thompson Returns Fire At Bashers
Mama June’s daughter Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson has uploaded a TikTok video clapping back on her haters who criticized her look.
Alana or famously known as “Honey Boo Boo” flaunted her “feminine look” in March last year with a series of pictures showing her long lashes and her nails extensions. The “Toddlers & Tiaras” alum has been talking back on her haters through her captions, saying that she isn’t moved to live her life the way she wanted.
In one post where Alana took a mirror selfie pouting her lips and showing her two-inch acrylic nails while sporting a tie-dye T-shirt paired with a denim jacket, Alana told her haters: “Can’t stand me? Take a seat!”
However, in her recent TikTok update, Alana addressed the basher who criticized her for wearing long lashes and nails. In the short video, she wrote what the troll told her: “You really should stop wearing them long lashes and them long nails. It’s very unprofessional of you.”
The former child star played with her fair before rolling her eyes and lip-syncing to a particular line: “Nobody asked!”
Her fans were quick to support the teenager to continue “slaying.”
‘Here Comes Honey Boo Boo’ Star Wants To Be Called By Her First Name
Alana made a name for herself when she starred in TLC’s beauty pageant series “Toddlers & Tiaras” when she was just a 5-year-old in 2012. She gained a huge following when she was given her own reality show, “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.”
However, the teenager celebrity has outgrown that name, Alana said in an interview with Teen Vogue last year that she wanted to be addressed by her first name, not “Honey Boo Boo” as she’s no longer that “boisterous little girl” from years ago.
“My mama did not name me Honey Boo Boo. My name is Alana,” she said. “They are completely two different people,” she remarked.
She revealed she had many encounters where people still treated her as that “child” and a “character” rather than a real person.
The reality star is no longer baby-ing herself and revealed she’s trying her hardest to be “the best” she can be, want to make her own money, and want to achieve straight A’s.
Talking about the distinction from Honey Boo Boo to Alana now, the TLC celebrity declared: “They are completely two different people. I would say that I do like this Alana now, rather than the younger Alana.”
