My 600-Lb Life spoilers reveal that fans of the show are happy to see siblings Shantel and Carlton Oglesby keeping up with their diet and healthy lifestyle. When they appeared on the show, they were ready to get their lives back in order and try their best to have weight loss surgery.
The Siblings and Dr. Now
Carlton and Shantel were ready to get the help that they needed to lose weight. They went to Texas to meet Dr. Now and they knew that he could help them and get them on the right path. Shantel truly felt that it was her fault that her brother had gained so much weight and she wanted to do what she could in order to help him out. She knew that if they tried to lose the weight together, they could be very successful.
The siblings had a lot of trouble with their weight and even at their early age, they were very overweight. Carlton was over 200 pounds when he was five years old and he was constantly bullied during his childhood. This made Shantel feel terrible that her brother had to go through this. This was part of the motivation for her to get help for the both of them.

Carlton and Shantel haven’t be very active on social media, but from the looks of it, they are doing very well. Shantel has been very active on her Instagram account and she is now working on her beauty business. It looks as if she has been doing very well when it comes to her business and her fans really enjoy seeing her posts.
As for Carlton, he hasn’t been too active on social media and the last time he posted on Instragram, he looked like he had kept some weight off. He posted on Facebook for his 25th birthday back in 2021.
