Married At First Sight 15 Spoilers: The Unmatchables

Married At First Sight

Married At First Sight spoilers and updates tease that there were five couples that were “expertly” matched this season; Stacia and Nate, Alexis and Justin, Lindy and Miguel, Morgan, and Binh, Krysten and Mitch.

Married At First Sight Spoilers – The Unmatchables

Since season 13, the matches have been horrible. All couples from that season are now divorced and so are all but one couple from season 14. The franchise has been on a decline with respect to successful matches, and casting choices are to blame. There seems to be no more priority on matching people who have things in common or share the same life goals. Season 14 was probably the worst season in MAFS history because of Chris Collette being matched with Alyssa Ellman. The couple didn’t spend their wedding night together and hardly any time during the honeymoon as well, yet Alyssa was permitted to continue with the show. Alyssa focused on group activities rather than spending time with Chris to work on their relationship. The marriage lasted a mere ten days with Chris wanting a divorce. Alyssa spent those ten days bad-mouthing and ghosting Chris. Many MAFS fans felt that she owed Chris an apology. The way Alyssa acted so poorly on the show, it is doubtful that she could actually be matched with anyone.

And, go back a little farther to season 10, Brandon and Taylor both ended up in jail and got restraining orders against each other, Mindy lost her BFF to her husband, and Michael turned out to be a pathological liar.

Married At First Sight Updates – More Unmatchables

Fast forward to the current season 15 and we have more unmatchables. Sadly, it doesn’t look that this season will bring us any long-lasting connections either. It really does feel that the experts match people up for being awful matches and with the hopes of the drama that comes with that. Morgan doesn’t want children, Binh does – how did the experts think that was going to go? Miguel just wants to have sex with Lindy, rather than get to know her. He even voiced his frustrations, three days into the marriage, with the other couples. Even people with the healthiest relationship would probably wait until they know each other better. Justin professes his love to Alexis after two days of marriage and says he fell in love with her at the altar. Alexis laughs at him and reduces Justin to tears. Stacia is a very successful woman, they match her with a man who basically says that he trades and dabbles in this and that, oh and he has previously declared bankruptcy. Stacia, not wanting to lose the assets she has worked hard for, asks for a prenup. Mitch spent more time flirting with Krysten’s mom than her. Then, two days into the honeymoon he tells Krysten that he is not attracted to her. Good on her though, she told him if there is no intimacy by Decision Day, it will be a no.

The problem with season 15, is the women are way out of all the men’s leagues. They are smart, beautiful, and confident.

What would be really great, is if MAFS would let America have a say in the final matches. They’ve done that on American Idol and this year on Love Island UK. Or even, what about all the previous cast members who were put in horrible matches; Chris Collette, Paige Banks, Amber Bowles, Derek Sherman, Mindy Shiben, Henry Rodriguez, and so many more that deserved to be matched with someone who could potentially be their forever person.
