Welcome to Plathville Spoilers: The Airbnb Empire is Questioned by Fans of the Show
Welcome to Plathville spoilers reveal that Kim and Barry Plath’s Airbnb empire is being questioned by fans of the show. They have talked about all of the rental properties that they own and this is one way that they have made their money. They are very serious about building their “vacation home empire”, but would visitors want to go to Cairo, Georgia to vacation?
Is This Really Their Income Source?
We first learned about these rental properties in the first season of the show and Kim and Barry made sure to tell the cameras that they had plenty of these investment properties and that was how they made their living. It seems that they have had a lot of interest in their properties, or at least that is what they told the cameras.
There are plenty of Reddit users who have pointed out that they do not believe that this “empire” is how the Plaths make their money. They have four properties available on Airbnb currently and Reddit users have been sharing them on the site.
How Much For A Night’s Stay?
After doing a lot of digging, Reddit users saw that one of the properties is $165 a night to stay at the actual farm where the Plaths lived. There is also a cabin there, where guests can stay as well. These rentals are all located in Cairo, Georgia and the small town doesn’t seem to have a lot to offer for vacation goers.
There are only about 100,000 people who live there and fans of the show are very curious about what there is to do there and how people make a living there.
Fans of the show have a lot of questions about these Airbnbs because it doesn’t seem as if they have people lining up to rent out a night there. We will continue to keep an eye on them to see what happens.
