7 Little Johnstons is still a popular show on TLC despite the older kids growing up and moving away from Trent and Amber Johnston’s home. One of the cast let it slip that at least a few more seasons were in the pipeline after Joose stayed with the family. This month, Trent shared two photos that seem to confirm that a new season comes along in 2023.
7 Little Johnstons Season 13 In The Pipeline?
Some folks get a bit confused because the show often comes with a hiatus. As one season ends, another one soon pops up. So, it’s like like it takes a mid-season break. But it’s officially season 13 that folks are talking about right now. Late last year, Emma hinted that they might be filming again. And this month, Trent hinted at it twice.
7 Little Johnstons critics complain that Trent and Amber seem too involved in the lives of their adult kids. However, they certainly seem to have done a good job in raising them. All of them either have jobs or train in specialist fields. Meanwhile, the younger kids, Emma and Alex seem to study hard. Additionally, they already know about self-reliance from their Etsy stores. So, loyal fans get excited when hints arrive about new seasons.
7 Little Johnstons Photos From Trent Johnston
On January 14, Trent shared a photo of himself with Amber and the crew. Just because someone shared a photo of filming, doesn’t always mean a season is coming along. However, he did state in his caption, “ITM (InTheMoment) right now.” So clearly, it wasn’t an old photo from a previous season. So, TLC fans took it as a spoiler.
The 7 Little Johnstons star followed that up by posting again on January 28. In that black and white photo, fans saw him with Amber and some filming equipment., His caption noted, “lights-camera-action BABY!” As the newest post showed a bed, some fans joked that maybe they filmed for “OnlyFans.” Meanwhile, another follower joked that they were filming the birth of “a baby!”

7 Little Johnstons fans seem very keen for another season of the show. One of them wrote, “Yay!!! My husband and I have missed watchin y’all 🙌.”
Similarly, comments arrived like this one: “Can’t wait to see [the] new season!”
Another fan commented, “I can’t wait until you guys come back on for the TLC channel for new episodes.”
Plenty of folks asked when they can expect the new season to arrive. However, no answers came. Perhaps those hints suggest that soon, TLC will officially make an announcement about a premiere date.
