Sister Wives: New Allegations of Abusive Behavior

Sister Wives spoilers reveal that according to ScreenRant, in the quiet time following the latest season of the show, Paedon Brown is being anything but quiet. The Army veteran recently dropped a bomb, claiming that he never felt safe around Kody’s first wife.

As fans of the show can recall, Meri Brown has always seemed to be a bit of a loner. While the TLC personality always showed up for family gatherings, she was often avoided by the rest of the Brown family. With the Brown children’s new allegations against Meri, fans can’t help but wonder how the lives of the Brown children have really been.

Mykelti Brown Weighs in On Meri’s Abusive Behavior

Though Paedon Brown has had a lot to say about Meri’s abusive behavior, In Touch reports that Mykelti Brown took to Patreon to weigh in on the matter, saying, “I got the brunt of it.” In the video shared in an Instagram post by Sister Wives blogger, Without a Crystal Ball, the TLC personality said “I’m speaking on my own personal experiences and opinion on Meri Brown.

She continued, adding, “I don’t want to discount my siblings’ experiences with her. I don’t remember Meri ever being physically abusive to me. She was very emotionally and verbally abusive to all of us when we were younger.”

The Beginning of Meri Brown’s Downfall

Meri Brown was Kody’s first wife, having married the Brown family patriarch in 1990, and as such, likely felt entitled to be treated a certain way. It must have been distressing to watch as her husband began to fall out of love with her.

Sister Wives fans watched as Kody began bringing on newer, younger wives, essentially leaving Meri on the wayside. Then, when the reality TV star was catfished, it became clear that she would never have the husband she had married again as his trust fell away.

Paedon Brown’s View

In early January, Paedon implied that he had a less that tolerable relationship with Meri. During John Yates YouTube Live, Paedon spilled some unsettling family secrets. One fan commented that Meri Meri always seemed “abrasive” with the 24-year-old emphasizing that “abrasive” wasn’t a strong enough word.
