Alana Honey Boo Boo is no longer the little girl we knew from “Toddlers & Tiaras,” she’s all grown up now, and the changes are every bit evident in her latest pictures which she posted on her Instagram on Monday.
In the three pictures posted by the 17-year-old TLC alum, and captioned: “they say they don’t fk with me, but i say they can’t fk with me!” Alana adorned a pair of black pants, a plain red top which she matched with a pair of black and red sneakers, and a pale blue denim jacket.

Alana’s pictures had lots of reactions from both her fans and that of her mom Mama June’s fans. This is because of the visible change in Alana’s physique after she underwent a successful weight loss surgery.
A fan commented, “Wow Alana you look amazing girl,” and another said, “You look so beautiful. You have put the work in kiddo and it shows.” Two people commented positively on her weight loss, one said, “look at you. You look amazing. Keep up the hard work.” While the other said, “You look so pretty and you losing that weight girl.”
Amid the praises, Alana’s fans didn’t fail to realize and acknowledge her elder sister Lauryn “Pumpkin,” for supporting her through her weight loss journey. One said, “You have grown up into a beautiful woman due to ‘Pumpkin.’ She is a saint and a great role model for you, but you probably already knew that. Keep doing you!”
While others were praising the new Alana, the rest were busy having issues with Alana’s caption “they say they don’t fk with me, but i say they can’t fk with me!” Someone said that Alana’s pictures are too cute to have that cussing caption.
Alana Honey Boo Boo — Alana’s Boyfriend Dralin Supported Her Weight Loss Surgery
Last year July, the reality TV personality was 16 when she shared that she will have the Suture Sculpt Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty procedure done by Dr. Steven Batash after her birthday.
She opted for this particular operation because it is less invasive and safer than a traditional gastric sleeve. It was revealed that her boyfriend, Dralin Carswell who was 20 then, will be by her side throughout the experience and will also undergo the procedure in order to assist in his own weight loss journey.
“Yes it’s true she is having it done next month,” her manager Gina Rodriguez said on July 20. “It’s a non surgical procedure, Suture Sculpt Endoscopic Sleeve.” She continued. “Alana has been losing weight for months now and wants to do the procedure because she thinks it will help her lose more and keep it off.”
According to TMZ, the couple—who went Instagram official in September 2021—will travel to NYC for the procedure which can cost around $13,000.
