Mama June Critics Slam Honey Boo Boo Over A Misunderstanding

Mama June: Road to Redemption fans sometimes object to Alana Thompson, (Honey Boo Boo) and the way she speaks. However, this week critics missed the point, got it totally wrong, and slammed her. So there was a big fuss made about a nothing-burger. So, what happened to create the misunderstanding? Read on to find out.

Mama June Fans Often Slam Honey Boo Boo

Alana Thompson is not afraid to tell her followers when to back off. Actually, she spent most of her life in front of cameras, and she’s well used to the ways of trolls. No longer a little girl, she stands on the cusp of adulthood and has a career planned out. In fact, she could have done much worse for herself considering that she grew up in a broken home, and her mom became an addict.

Mama June critics slam Honey Boo Boo for the nails she experiments with. Or, her lashes, her clothing, her clothing size, her boyfriend, and more. Like Jenelle Evans, it seems to almost be a national sport to troll the young adult. But this time, critics were left with a bit of egg on their faces when they discussed something she said.

Why Did Mama June Critics Slam Honey Boo Boo This Time?

This week, the WEtv star posted up some photos of herself standing in the street. In them, she wore a long-sleeved denim jacket, a maroon tee, and black pants. On her feet, she had black and red shoes. That wasn’t a problem, but some folks objected to her caption.

The Mama June star wrote, “they say they don’t f**k with me, but i say they can’t f**k with me 😘!” Notably, she at least didn’t spell out the cuss words. But, it was enough for folks to sling mud at her. One person wrote sarcastically, “Nice language.” Another one, equally sarcastic said, “lovely sentiment for a young woman.” Actually, lots of similar comments arrived.

It’s A Misunderstanding

Mama June fans who know what they know, pointed out to the folks slamming the WEtv star, that what Honey Boo Boo wrote was actually a line from a popular song. In fact, it comes from a song called “Tomorrow 2” by GloRilla & Cardi B. It’s the 11th track on the album, “Gangsta Art.”

Loyal fans of the reality TV star told haters to just stop.  In fact, there are a lot of people who like Alana. Some of them sent in nice compliments like this one: “You have grown up into a beautiful woman due to “Pumpkin”. She is a saint and a great role model for you, but you probably already knew that. Keep doing you!”
