Tammy and her family are ecstatic after achieving her weight loss goal and qualifying for weight loss surgery in Tuesday’s episode. Her surgery was successful and now, she has been presented with choices for what to do next with her life. One of the things she’s considering is starting a family.
After a successful operation, Tammy is well on her way to making a full recovery. Despite facing some challenges down the road, she remains optimistic and determined in achieving optimum health.
“I’ve missed so much and I’m excited to have a new chance on life,” she said.

After that, she suggested that she may even have a kid. It’s no surprise if her family doesn’t want her to rush into having a baby because she just had her operation. Not to mention, they weren’t that happy when they learned that Tammy got engaged to Caleb Willingham, whom she met in rehab.
Tammy explained that aside from losing weight, her decision to want to have a child was influenced by her sister, Amy, who has two kids of her own, Gage and Glenn.
“I’ve been saying, I don’t want kids, I don’t want kids. I don’t know, just something changed,” she said.
“I’ve been seeing Amy with Gage and Glenn. So, I’ve been thinking about it,” she continued.
“Nothing’s written in stone. I don’t even know if I can have kids. But, who knows,” Amy added.
Tammy even teased that she has no clue if the world is ready to see a little Tammy running around.
