Sister Wives spoilers, news, and updates reveal that, according to Screen Rant, Robyn Brown is being called out for claiming she’s “sacrificed” while fans feel she’s never truly pulled her own weight within the family.
Robyn Brown has been Kody’s wife for the shortest amount of time. However, fans of the show have long realized that she’s his favorite. Robyn is Kody’s only remaining wife, and she still benefits from Kody’s favoritism and, as the outlet reports, now more than ever, his income.
Does Robyn Brown Sacrifice for Kody Brown’s Family?
Between the end of 2021 and the end of 2021, Kody Brown lost Christine Brown, Janelle Brown, and Meri Brown. However, Kody’s remaining wife, and the only one legally married to him, apparently isn’t going anywhere.
Robyn joined Kody’s sister wives with three children from her previous marriage. She claims to have sacrificed a lot to be with Kody. And, while the other sister wives have always understood how plural marriage works and give proper respect to one another, Robyn, even though she sought out a plural marriage, has not.
She frequently opines on the sanctity of plural marriage, however, when it comes to spending time with Kody and prioritizing her own family, Robyn has shown little care for the rest of the polygamist family. She benefits more not and in past years, from being Kody’s favorite — more so than any of Kody’s wives who left.
Sister Wives Fans Are of Differing Opinions
Sister Wives fans think that Robyn has given up very little in her relationship with Kody and often doesn’t pull her weight as a public figure as do the other reality TV wives. One fan remarked that Robyn had given up some of herself to join Kody in his plural marriage.
In a Reddit thread, a fan explained, “[Robyn] flows her will into his. So technically Kody could see that as her sacrificing herself for him, whereas the other wives have some self-esteem left to call him out.”
Another fan sees the relationship a bit differently, writing, “Table scraps while she owns a house, Janelle lived in a trailer, and meri rents hers. She should get table scraps because she is the only wife that didn’t bring shit to the table.”
