Married At First Sight Season 16 Spoilers: Kirsten Shows Her Lack Emotional Maturity – Shaq Made The Right Decision

Married at First Sight spoilers and updates tease that Shaquille Dillon and Kirsten Grimes finally had their Decision Day. Kirsten said yes to staying married and continuing to work on the marriage, but to her surprise, and all of the surprise of the cast, Shaq said no, he wanted a divorce. It was a very emotional Decision Day for Shaq, the decision was obviously hard for him, he didn’t look happy and he had tears in his eyes.

Married At First Sight Spoilers – No Emotion

MAFS fans were very surprised that after Kirsten said yes and Shaw said no, she had absolutely no emotion. In fact, Shaw was emotional and she went as far as making fun of him and saying “I should be the one crying.” In fact, she should have been crying, yet she wasn’t one bit emotional about the whole thing. She has been void of emotion the whole season, so this really shouldn’t be a surprise that she couldn’t shed a tear. And, when she packed up and left the apartment, she showed her lack of emotional maturity when she flipped the bird to the camera. She was probably looking forward to getting paid extra cash for being on Couples Couch or some other MAFS show, and Shaq’s no ended that possibility for her.

Married At First Sight Updates – “Buy Me A House”

Looking back at this season, Shaq seemed to be all in until the whole “buy me a house” scene. It really seems like that was the end for him as he started pulling away from Kirsten and many times didn’t even pay attention to her when he arrived home from work, which she complained about to the experts. At the end of the day, Kirsten wanted to be pampered and the center of attention, and Shaq was not having it.

Shaq is by no means perfect, but at least he put effort into making the marriage work. Kirsten was not happy in the relationship and should have just been honest on Decision Day and said no like Shaq. During the get-together with the other couples after Decision Day, Kirsten looked angry, she finally showed her emotions. When she flipped the bird at the camera, she let her guard down and showed her true self.
