American Pickers star Mike Wolfe reminisced on the good times with his former co-star Frank Fritz. The two were on the outs when they filmed the History Channel series together. However, it wasn’t always a rocky relationship. Mike and Frank shared many laughs on the show. Here is just one of their most memorable moments.
Mike Wolfe’s Favorite American Pickers Episode
Mike Wolfe took to Instagram to share one of his favorite episodes of American Pickers. To the delight of fans, he shared a throwback scene with Frank Fritz. The scene showed the former BFFs fixing a vintage Nash-Healey luxury vehicle.
Mike and Frank had a good laugh as they fixed the antique car. He didn’t include context for the throwback video. The American Pickers Facebook page also posted the clip. This comes after the two reunited last month. It appears that the two are still in touch and are good friends despite their falling out and feud, which took place on the show.
What Happened To Frank Fritz?
Frank’s final episode on American Pickers was in March 2020. He took time off during that time to recover from grueling back surgery, which left hundreds of stitches and two rods in his spine. Producers removed him from the following episode.
The original cast member expressed an interest in returning to the show. Even though Frank confessed that he feuded with Mike, he still liked being on the series. During that time, he also entered rehab for alcoholism. Frank’s health took another turn in July 2022 when he was hospitalized for a stroke.
New Cast Member Joining American Pickers
American Pickers fans are going crazy for the new cast member joining the show. On Monday, July 10, Mike took to Instagram to reveal the new co-star. He shared a clip of an adorable puppy sitting on the garage floor of the Columbia Motor Alley shop.
“@hellojthodges brought up his new pup by So [sic] we decided to put him to work! Meet Bravo the new mechanic,” the post read.
Fans went wild for the new cast member. They couldn’t get over his beautiful eyes. Others wanted to know about what Mike’s dog Francie was doing after he was hit with dangerous weather in his hometown of LeClaire, Iowa.
