Duggar Family News reveals that Jill Dillard is sharing some great news and thoughts about her brother after he bashed her on social media. After Jill appeared on the Amazon docu-series, Shiny, Happy People, she got a lot of hate from her family. The Duggars have not been happy with her, but she wanted to share her truth with the world. The family drama has been building between her and her family and one of her brothers hinted on social media how upset he was with her. Despite what James Duggar said on social media, Jill took the high road and actually dedicated a very sweet post to him.
The Birthday Post
Fans were shocked to see what Jill had to say to her brother, James in a recent post on Instagram. She wrote, “Happy B-Day to my forever buddy and super uncle to our kids.” She was actually celebrating the birthdays of her brother and two of her sons. It looked as if she was referring to James as her ‘buddy’ due to the way that the children were raised by Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar.
The ‘buddy system’ was just one of the ways that Michelle was able to take care of her children. The older children were given a ‘buddy’ to watch while she was taking care of other things around the house. This was how the girls were taught how to raise children at an early age. Michelle once told the cameras, “We came up with the idea years ago when we had a number of little ones. We were trying to gather up all the shoes as we were walking out the door, getting them on the little feet and trying them, and buckling up all the car seats. And we realized it works much better if we’re trying to hurry to have one of the older ones help the little guys buckle their seat belts.”
The Docu-Series Drama
When Shiny, Happy People premiered on Amazon, fans of the Duggars were shocked at everything that came out. Jill’s family wasn’t happy that she was in the docu-series because it called out the IBLP religion and the abuse that was taken by the children, especially the daughters. The Duggars have practiced this religion for decades and from the looks of it, many of the children are no longer part of the IBLP.
Duggar fans hope that James had a great birthday and they were very happy to see Jill showing him support.
